Kristy was born in Ravenna, OH on July 27, 1981. Kristy is the oldest of three and has a younger sister, Kelly and a younger brother, Corey. Right before Kindergarten she moved to Paris township in Southeast Local School district where she would graduate from in 1999. Kristy attended Kent State University and graduated with her Accounting Degree in 2004. Shortly after graduating Kristy attended a few semesters of graduate classes in order to obtain her School Treasurer's License. She began as a payroll clerk in Jackson Local Schools in 2005 and then became the Assistant Treasurer at Green Local Schools in 2008. After Rylee was born in 2010, Kristy made the decision to leave her position and stay home with the kids. She is currently working part-time at Stow City Schools in the Treasurer's office and is hoping to go back to work full time within the next year or so. On the side, Kristy likes to craft and play around in photoshop and has recently opened her own Etsy Shop. Paul and Kristy still reside in Brimfield, OH. Both Paul and Kristy are huge Cleveland, Ohio State, and Kent State sports fans and are doomed to a life of misery.
Morgan Reese Stoicoiu was born in Ravenna, OH on June 27, 2008. She recently turned 3 and loves to play outside. She enjoys being a big sister and driving Rylee around in her Barbie Jeep. She is currently a fan of Dora, Disney Princess, and Mickey Mouse. Morgan is also a big Ohio State fan (along with those Cleveland sports) and likes to take her Brutus and Ducky with her wherever she goes. This fall Morgan will start her first year of preschool and is very excited.
Rylee Lou Stoicoiu was born in Ravenna, OH on May 27, 2010. She recently turned 1 and has learned to walk all over the place. She enjoys playing with her older sister, saying cheese, and giving kisses. Rylee is looking forward to becoming a big sister this winter and sharing a room with Morgan. She loves to eat and is slowly starting to grow some (blonde!) hair.
Baby Stoicoiu #3 is due 12.13.11. So far everything looks great and we will be able to find out the gender very soon. We are very excited to be expanding our family once again this Christmas.
Stu was born April 28, 2003 and was our first pet when we first moved in together in 2003. He is a soft, fuzzy black cat who is the master of the animal world in our house. He loves to sleep near our heads and demand with a head nudge that we pet him. Most of the time you can find him wrestling with Roman or sitting on top of the kitchen cabinets. He is our first baby and always will be!
Henri originally arrived at our front door in July of 2006 and became a permanent part of our family at the end of August 2006 before we moved to our new house. Since she was a stray her birthday has been appointed as July 4. Our rough guess is that she is about 7-8 years old. She was quite the schmoozer when she was a stray and since being taken in by us has become quite the loner. She spends most of her time in the basement staying away from all the madness. If she feels like it she will let you pet her but everything is on her terms. She is a true cat diva.
Kalie was born on September 25, 2006 and became our first dog. We know that her mom is a full lab and we are not sure (and neither were the owners) of what her dad was. She joined our family in November of 2006 after we moved to our new home. Kalie is on the smaller side for a lab weighing about 45 lbs. She loves to wrestle with Ace and bark at anything that moves outside. Her favorite spot to be at night is at the end of the bed between Kristy's feet.
Roman was born on July 12, 2008. He was also originally a stray kitten taken in by Kristy's brothers ex-girlfriend. He did not get along with her cat and Paul was suckered in to taking him in. Roman likes to be anywhere there are people and is a HUGE lap cat. He loves to snuggle and terrorize Henri. He enjoys playing with Ace and spends most of his free time lounging on someone's bed.
Ace was born June 28, 2009 and was the final animal addition to our family. We decided that Kalie was outnumbered by our cats and needed a playmate. Ace is full yellow lab and a nice hefty 75-80 lbs although he likes to think he is the size of a cat. He loves to run and swim and follow the kids anywhere they go. He is quite protective of them. His favorite spot is on the couch even though he loves to be outside running around.
