Victoria Justice Concert

A month or two ago I got the brilliant idea (from Groupon) to get tickets for the girls to see the Victoria Justice/Big Time Rush concert at Blossom. When the day finally came, I have to say I wasn't exactly looking forward to it.  Paul was definitely not looking forward to it..lol.

We made a smart decision and decided to leave Tenley at home with the babysitter. We arrived at the perfect time since the opener was just finishing up and they were starting to set up for Victoria.  I could tell the girls didn't really know what to expect.  Once she came out on stage and they saw all the other little girls dancing and singing and clapping, they joined right in.  It was pretty neat to see their faces.  Morgan immediately told me that she wants to sing on stage and asked how old she had to be to do that.  I told her however old she wanted to be.  She decided on the age of 7 and told me that Paul and I could come watch her then.  I'm looking forward to it.

They are the cutest!

I'm feeling 32....

Ahhh 32 and pregnant. Not really a huge party to be had, huh? There still has to be some celebrating though!  My awesome husband took care of that and planned a fun-filled weekend for us.  On Saturday (my actual birthday) Paul and I got to a dinner all by ourselves while Mindy and Nikki watched the girls for us and did the following:

Then on Sunday my WHOLE family went to go see the red hot Tribe!  It also happened to be Slider's birthday, so we celebrated together.  The kids really enjoyed that.  For my birthday present, Jimenez made it past the 5th inning and the Tribe got the SWEEP!  The kids got to run the bases afterwards and I got some ice cream cake to end my day!

How far along? 25 weeks

Total weight gain/loss: 6 lbs.

Weekly WTF: Next week is AUGUST!

Nesting madness: Garage sale is over so now it's time to post the rest of our crap for sale online.  Not feeling too motivated for that yet.

Rylee's First Day of Gymnastics

Rylee had her first gymnastics class today!  I'm not able to go in and watch her, but I did manage to get a couple of pictures out of her before she went in.  I was nervous that she might be a bit timid about going in by herself but she marched right in and didn't look back!

'Merica!

It was nice this year that the 4th of July was on a Thursday because that turned into a 4 day weekend for our family.  After vacation, it was nice to come back to a short work week.  We spent the 4th afternoon at my parents house for a cookout and then headed to Newton Falls.  If you can stand (and put up with) all the "people" Newton Falls has to offer, it really is the best fireworks show around.  We got down there and navigated to the lawn and set up camp. The girls got to play with some bubbles and sparklers and then settled in to watch the show.

Happy Birthday 'Merica!
