Well folks, we've made it to the halfway point. Since we like to celebrate half birthdays in this house..Giddy Up! While I don't find the transition from 2 to 3 kids that difficult per se, it does rank #2 on the list of transitions thus far. I think it's mostly because there are times I just feel like we never stop. In that aspect I feel like I miss a lot. Maybe that is just because I didn't work when I had Rylee and now I do. Life is much better now, it's just BUSY. I suppose I should get used to that, huh? My point is I still feel like I was pregnant yesterday and yet somehow it's summer and I have this baby who is heading towards being a toddler in 6 more months!
Tenley is a riot. She ranks pretty high on my list of easy-going, happy babies. I would say she is in the Top 3. No question. I think the further a kid is down the totem pole the quicker they pick up on things. For instance, Tenley has it all mapped out. There are certain things I know for a fact she can do, i.e. hold her bottle. I've seen her do it, when she WANTS to. If *I* want her to? Forget it. She turns into lazy baby deluxe. I can't bamboozle her into things like I did with Morgan. She has two other kids she keeps her eyes glued on 24/7. What I'm saying is she is clearly too smart for me. She's on to my game and she's not going to put up with my shit.
She loves to shriek, especially when her sisters give her the time of day. She finds them to be hilarious. She is bound and determined to follow them around and move as fast as they do. Right now that means she helicopters around our living room trying to figure out how her legs and arms work together. This is one of my favorite ages for babies. She's found her toes and loves to eat them. Well she just loves eating in general.

Being hungry. See above.
We cannot wait to see what the next 6 months bring. I just wish they would slow down a little.
