Summer Family Pictures

We had our annual family/birthday pictures taken with Tami again!  This year we decided to head to the front campus of Kent State.  I was quite pleased with my idea once we got there since there were so many great photo opportunities.  Tami did a fabulous job, once again!

8/21/11: Double Rainbow

We had the fortune of seeing a double rainbow today.  Completely beautiful!!

6/10/11: Just another day in paradise

You know the usual, hanging by the pool, taking naps, doing some shopping, and playing Twister with your cousin. It doesn't get much better than this folks!

6/2/11: How does your garden grow?

We've said for the last few years that we should start a garden.  We've just never gotten around to it.  This year we decided to go ahead and see what happens. I by no means have a green thumb and while Paul thinks he does I'm fairly certain he doesn't either. If it's any consolation to him though his is probably greener than mine.

So here is what we got: Strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, red peppers, green peppers, corn, onions, and tomatoes.  I think that's it, I could be missing something though.  I'll have to let you know in about 60 days how good we are at this gardening thing.

5/19/11: Grassy feet - Summer is here!

This child is going to need a bath like 3 times a day this summer.  She has absolutely no problem getting dirty and prefers to be barefoot outside.  I can't say I blame her.  The rain finally stopped for an evening (Hallelujah!) and Paul was able to mow our 8ft yard.  This left tons of grass clippings for Morgan to run through and stain her feet green.  This should be an interesting and fun summer with the girls! I'm super excited!
