Easter Egg Hunt: Take One

All three kids were sick this week and it totally threw me off.  I came home on Tuesday to take all three of them to the doctor.  Yes all three, thank goodness it was a day my mom was watching them and she could go along with me.  We hit the trifecta and left there with 3 infected ears, yeast infection, 2 cases of bronchiolitis, a UTI, and a lot of wheezing. I stayed home with them on Wednesday and never really seemed to get back on track.  Between the couple of late nights home from work (I ran the monthly board meeting on Monday, go me!) and the sick that was my house,  I was ready for the weekend.

I was hoping since we had such nice weather last week that some of it would stick around for the neighborhood Easter Egg hunt.  I was wrong and it was cold.  Good thing we don't have to go far and it's right in our cul-de-sac!   These pictures below are all pre-hunt.

What do you mean I don't get no stinkin eggs!?!

I became highly aware of the need for Easter Egg camp after they started.  They were just not in top form for this hunt.  Luckily they get to spend a day with Grandpa Ralph this week at his infamous Easter Egg training camp before we tackle Round Two next weekend.  We just can't have another showing like this one.

Afterwards it seemed appropriate since I had the camera out to do a little family session.

I'm impressed that I took this one myself. That's no easy feat!

I also took this one myself, haha.  Not the best but it turned out to be one of my favorites.

When I looked back at this picture, it hit me just how much estrogen is in this house. It's not that I didn't realize it before, it's just that they are all getting so big.

I got Rylee to take the food out of her mouth for about 5 seconds for this one.

Again, they pose so much better without the 22 month old.

Daddy's girls. :)

Me and the mini!
