You know the usual, hanging by the pool, taking naps, doing some shopping, and playing Twister with your cousin. It doesn't get much better than this folks!

6/9/11: Hot, hot, hot!
OMG - It was literally 100+ degrees today. Going to the beach was excruciating and we left shortly after we arrived there. Rylee was not having it and frankly neither was I. It was hot and the water was 58 degrees. This was definitely a pool day.
Have you noticed so far that the only pictures I have of Mackenzie, she's in her chair? There is a reason for that. She hates the sand. Won't touch it, stand on it, let it get on her, etc. We got her to venture out a few times but not much.
Grandpa's hip was bothering him so he spent quite a bit of time horizontal. Apparently the girls missed him. :)
6/8/11: Randomness
I'm almost positive in that first picture Rylee is doing her version of bobbing for goldfish. Hey it kept her from eating sand so whatever. Like I said mostly random pics but I think we actually got some good ones with the girls where everyone is looking at the camera!
6/7/11: Taco Tuesday aka the one where Kelly gets engaged

Taco Tuesday started off innocently enough. We each decided to take a night and cook everyone dinner to save one person from cooking all the time. Tonight was Corey and Ashley's night deemed Taco Tuesday by my oh so witty mother. Here I was minding my own business and hadn't even noticed that Greg had left the table and took Mackenzie with him. He came back with her and her awesome shirt and said he had an announcement. To be honest my first though was oh shit Kelly's pregnant again, although I knew she wasn't. Then I finally read Mackenzie's shirt and realized what the actual announcement was.
Let me tell you how this proposal went down, it started how I mentioned above and then Greg opened the box with the ring and said "He went to Jared!" Bwahah! Then the first thing Kelly says is "You did it on Taco Tuesday?" I think she did say yes somewhere in there. Then Corey and Ashley were mad because Taco Tuesdays thunder had been stolen!
More importantly people (because this is all about me) I get to be the Matron of Honor!! Which, really? I have to come up with a better title, matron makes me sound super fuddy duddy. Morgan and Rylee are flower girls and chances are this wedding is going to break my bank...but I don't care I've been waiting for this day for a loooonnnnngggg time now! Morgan is beyond excited to be a flower girl, she does not stop talking about it.

6/6/11: Changes in Attitude
Changes in attitude indeed. Now let me say a vacation with your kids is not really an adult type vacation. In return though you get too see how much fun your kids have and maybe you sneak in a nap here and there that you wouldn't normally get and you come home with a nice tan. It all balances out.
Today was our first real day to be able to do anything so first we headed to the beach. Let me tell you that water was freaking cold. I'm talking at one point during the week it was like 58. Something about the winds blowing in the cold water and taking out the warm. Let's just say not many of us got in all that often until the last couple days even though it was hotter than hell outside.
We were one row back from the beach and it wasn't crowded so it was nice to be able to go down at our leisure and have our own space. Rylee, spent most of her time eating in the tent. Doing what she does best. Occasionally she came out to join the rest of us. Morgan spent a lot of her first few days grabbing our hands and taking us close to the water and then pulling us away when the waves came in. Good times.
I will say the house was perfect for our needs. Enough space for everyone, our own pool, an elevator for the old gimpy man that was with us, I could go on and on but I won't. My mattress ruled though and now I really want a King bed. Had the AC been working on the 1st and 2nd floor before mid-week it could have been better but I'll take it any day!
6/5/11: ...and we're off!

Car rides with kids are interesting to say the least. One minute they are entertained by the movie playing in the back and the next thing you know chaos has broke out and someone dropped something or someone is screaming or someone is crying or someone *cough*Morgan*cough* is asking you 8 million questions. For the most part they did okay and we made it there in one piece which is all you can really ask for after 10 hours in the car with 2 toddlers right?
6/4/11: Holy Shit, I did it!
I made a sale on Etsy to someone that I actually don't know in real life! It wasn't much, just a high chair banner but she picked me and she liked me! She really liked me! lol. I of course was a total idiot and didn't take a picture of it before I sealed it in the box. Duh. I'm hoping she will send me a picture of it in action though since I like to consider it my first "official" sale! Yay me!

6/3/11: Pedicures on our toes, toes...
So I usually go before vacations and get a pedicure because you can't hit the beach without your toes looking all good, right? Plus I hadn't had one since last summer so I was overdue. This time was a little different though. This time I decided to take Morgan with me to get her toes painted. I was a little nervous at first because she wasn't that keen on going when I asked her. She honestly couldn't have been better when we got there though. We headed back to the pedicure area and she sat on one of the little stools. She sat perfectly still while the girl did her toes and then she asked me if she could get her fingers painted. Of course I let her and she looked so darn cute. It looked so cute on her that I was talked into having my nails painted too! Morgan picked out my color for me and I'll tell ya I loved it! I'm looking forward to these kind of mommy-daughter outings in the future!
6/2/11: How does your garden grow?
We've said for the last few years that we should start a garden. We've just never gotten around to it. This year we decided to go ahead and see what happens. I by no means have a green thumb and while Paul thinks he does I'm fairly certain he doesn't either. If it's any consolation to him though his is probably greener than mine.
So here is what we got: Strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, red peppers, green peppers, corn, onions, and tomatoes. I think that's it, I could be missing something though. I'll have to let you know in about 60 days how good we are at this gardening thing.

06/01/11: KGKreation
So I'm doing this. I've been holding off because I'm afraid people won't like any of my stuff. Ever since my wedding I've really loved planning and designing parties. Any excuse to throw a party and I do it. I've learned how to do a lot of DIY crafts and stuff in photoshop over the years in order to save money. I've done some things on the side for friends and family over the years and have just decided to bite the bullet and officially go public with my sister's help.
These pictures (except the last one) are all items I've made myself. These were obviously for our most recent celebration - Rylee's party.

05/31/11: Then there were 5....
Merry Christmas to us!
That's right people, we are officially insane and have decided that children should outnumber the adults in this house. Baby Stoicoiu #3 is set to arrive sometime around Dec 13, 2011 and hopefully not a day later. Knowing my kids I have no chance in hell this child will be on time. We are just entering the 2nd trimester here soon and everything has been going well. I'm totally going to jinx myself here but so far I've felt great with little to no morning sickness. This was a huge relief after how bad I had it with Rylee. My only complain is being ridiculously tired on the regular but I'm like that whether I'm pregnant or not. The two toddlers don't help much either. We are going to be uber busy come this winter but I wouldn't have it any other way!
In other news, Rylee had her 1 year checkup today and weighs in at 21lbs 9oz and is 30 inches tall. She's doing great and we should be getting her blood results back soon!
